"I was having trouble sleeping and had bad depression and anxiety. I also struggle with losing weight. She has really helped me in all of those areas, I now sleep well every night and am starting to wean off my depression medication. I am also little by little making changes to my diet to lose weight.
Claire is very professional and has great ideas of how to help me. I believe that I wouldn’t have the success without Claire’s help. She is very positive and that made me more positive also. I have learned about reading food labels and what to look for. I also learned not to be so hard on myself and that I will be ok. That is a big change for me.

"I was severely depressed and anxious throughout my daily life. No matter what I did and how much effort I tried to put into thinking positively, nothing ended up taking place. "I feel that Claire came into my life at the perfect time. When we first began our sessions together back in February, i was at a pretty stressful point in my life. I was feeling purposeless without any structure in my days, but meeting with Claire on a weekly basis encouraged me to focus on my personal happiness and wellbeing in addition to job searching and finances. I looked forward to my sessions with Claire because I was able to really break down every part of my life and place focus on what was most important to me. She offered immense encouragement when I had difficulty seeing it in myself. Claire helped me ease into my new role as a yoga teacher. She helped me identify my own limiting beliefs and worked with me to navigate through them with positivity. Teaching an hour-long yoga class has been daunting for me, but she helped me break down what teaching a class may entail for me. By the end of our coaching, I now have tools that I can implement into each yoga class I teach by picking out 5 poses to focus on and creating a sequence around those poses.
